Importing bank holidays into Ivanti Service Desk via drag & drop.

Expertize CalendarSync offers a simple method of importing bank holidays for all German federal states into the SLA Management of Ivanti Service Desk. All the user needs to do is start the application and provide the Ivanti system login details. They can then simply assign the bank holidays by dragging the federal states onto the calendar; the data will be imported in the course of the synchronization. There is no need to install the application.
