Tracks Owned By changes and Owned By Team changes in Incident.

Overview

The Assignment History mApp displays in separate tabs on the Incident object, the details surrounding changes in the Owned By and/or Owned By Team, including showing current and former owners / owned by teams. In addition, the individual who made the assignment change is shown as well as how long the Incident / Request had been assigned to the previous owner / owned by team.
