Overview

The License Usage mApp provides insight into Cherwell Service Management license usage across an organization and allows designated users to track the number of total licenses, used licenses, and remaining licenses available. It also tracks usage counts for features that do not require a license, such as the Dashboard Viewer. Users can view, manage, and track usage data within the user friendly License Usage Form.

System Requirements

Platform Version Requirements: Tested on 9.6.x - 10.2.0.

Content Version Requirements: Tested on 9.5.x - 10.0.0. This mApp may or may not be compatible on Content versions older than 9.5x, but as with all mApp Solutions, it should be tested on your customized system.
