Customer Notifications

Create new Notification Objects, which can be used to relay information via the Portal or Client.

Overview

This mApp will create a new Notification Object that can be used to relay information via the Portal or Client. Notifications can be scheduled to display during an active period, and automatically retired based off of time expressions. These are displayed in a Dashboard with widgets which may be copied to other dashboards, or other Widgets may be created. Additionally, banner forms are added to Major Business Objects which may be copied onto default forms to give greater visibility for critical notifications. A notification banner for dashboards is also available to be copied into technician or customer dashboards for the display of critical notifications.
