Overview

We all have that group of people - be they colleagues or customers - with whom we need to communicate frequently. Sometimes, this group doesn't come together in one team or workgroup, so there isn't an out-of-the-box way to contact them all with the same message. This mApp helps you to keep them together - and find them easily - directly in Cherwell. No more searching for names in an address book - just pick a list and go about your day.

After installation, Distribution Lists will appear in the Address Book and may be added through Table Management. You'll then be able to use distribution lists as a source of recipient information in the Cherwell Address Book. This will allow you to send to a distribution list as easily as you can an individual, team, or workgroup.
