Employee Self-Service Check-in COVID
The Self Check-In feature for COVID pandemic enables end users to check-in daily using Self Service so that their reporting supervisor will have visibility in following
- Working from home or Office
- If coming to the office, complete the health questionnaire to check whether it is okay for them to come in. (Similar to one we have in our IT Self Service)
- In the case of working from home, users can describe working conditions, what they are working on, and if they need any help. If they need IT support, they can also create an Incident from it.
