Cherwell Service Management (CSM) integrates with Everbridge Smart Orchestration and Enterprise Incident Response (aka IT Alerting). The Everbridge Cherwell Connector is designed to help customers streamline their incident response as a whole and accelerate their resolutions.

With this mApp customers will be able to:

  • Engage the right IT staff in a digital war room within 5 minutes or less
  • Manage support teams shifts, rotations and escalations
  • Notify Service owners, LOB, Senior management and keep them informed
