IT Financial Management

Adds the IT Financial Management capability to Ivanti Service Manager systems with older metadata baselines that did not have these components.

These packages retrofit ITFM components into an Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) system. It is required for customers who want to utilize the Portfolio Project Management module on *ISM 2014.1 or 2014.2 metadata baselines or NEW *ISM 2013.1 or 2013.2 metadata baselines Please pick the appropriate retrofit package based on your actual Metadata baseline.

NOTE: Customers on 2013.1 or 2013.2 metadata baselines, who wish to apply the ITFM package, will need to contact support for assistance with a manual JSON update before this solution can be implemented.

Prerequisite:

• Version 2016.2 and have a metadata baseline of 2013.x or 2014.x
• Please pick the appropriate retrofit package based on your actual Metadata baseline.
• Contact Ivanti Technical Support about JSON updates before applying 2013.x packages
