The Integration with Microsoft Teams will enhance the Omni-Channel Experience and embrace the collaborative support. End User can

• Create tickets with Bot
• Engage in Chat with Support Staff, create tickets with MS Teams chat transcript
• Check ticket Status

Analyst can leverage Self Service Chat feature to chat with End-user on both Microsoft Teams and also on Self Service Portal.

This package is applicable for On-Premises Customers only. Please refer Configuration Database Guide for more information.

PRE-REQUISITES:

• Ivanti Service Manager
  or
• Ivanti Service Manager with Asset Manager

This content is not applicable to customers who only own Ivanti Asset Manager
