Mobile Analyst Configuration...

Service Manager Analysts using the Ivanti Service Manager mobile app on their phones can now view and edit CI/Asset details. Analysts will have flexibility to create incidents for CI/Asset on-the-go. New workspace will provide an ability to view list of CI/Assets based on saved search(es), open form view of individual CI/Asset, edit & save individual CI/Asset and create new incident for that CI/Asset. We recommend that you use the Mobile Analyst capability on iOS or Android phones. Support for iPad and other tablet devices is planned for a future release.

Existing Ivanti Service Manager Cloud and On-Premise customers who have applied Asset Manager content can leverage this functionality. Not applicable for existing customers who are using Ivanti Service Manager only. Please refer prerequisites section for more information.

It is recommended to import content package by navigating to Admin UI-> Package import option. For any assistance or questions, please log a ticket with Ivanti Support team. In addition to that, it is advised to apply package on STG tenant and execute necessary tests before applying the package on UAT/PRD tenant. Any warning messages displayed while importing the package may be ignored.

Please note that it is mandatory to apply content package to enable the functionality to work. It is advised to customize mobile analyst forms only after applying the content package to avoid any errors/warnings.

Prerequisites:

Binary Version : 2020.3 and above
ISM Content Version : 2019.1 and above
Asset Manager Content Version : Drop#20 and above
