Overview

ReachOut is an extension WebService to the Cherwell Browser Application portfolio that enables you to broadcast messages through Windows Info Center - just like Outlook does. The WebService integrates into Cherwell's WebService Manager and listens to OneSteps invoking it. OneSteps can be easily configured to send a broadcast message to all users in your network, inform a technician that there is work to do - even when not logged into Cherwell! Use ReachOut to inform endusers of ticket resolutions and guide them to the Portal just by clicking on the received message - just as with incoming E-Mail! ReachOut also informs one or more Teams or Customer Workgroups.
