Continual Service Improvement is widely accepted to be an essential and important part of the culture for any successful IT team. However, actually capturing suggestions for how to improve the services or their associated processes and ensuring that these improvements are effectively evaluated and implemented can be a challenge.

This design application describes a process that can be added to your existing Service Desk implementation. It enables users to submit their suggestions for improvements, allows the appropriate service owner to evaluate them and then manages the tasks for individuals to incorporate those changes in to the available services. Finally, it enables the service owner to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the change against success metrics at a suitable point after the alteration has been implemented.
