This design app enables IT Service Professionals to manage a portfolio of services from definition to analysis, design, release and retirement giving a complete management view through out the whole life cycle of all IT services.

The Service Portfolio is described in the ITIL books Service Strategy and Service Design. The Service Portfolio is the core repository for all information for all services in an organisation. Each service is listed along with its current status and history. It provides a broad, historical view of service-related activities within the IT service desk. The IT service portfolio includes services that are presently in the planning and development phases, as well as those services that live, and those that used to be offered but have since been retired.

You can find the installation files and the documentation in the zip file attached to this post. The installation files should be imported with the order mentioned in the file names.

Note - The Service Portfolio design app is designed and packaged as Design App files that can be installed easily in one design import step using Ivanti Service Desk console. You can watch the design import tutorial in the attached video.
