Create and Manage Slack User from Ivanti Automation

The Slack User Management connector allows administrators to automate the creation and maintenance of Slack users within their enterprise or plus Slack environment.

Automation prerequisite

Global Variables: "Slack API Key" - API Token for SCIM APIs. Please refer to the Slack documentation on obtaining this key. here

Tasks contained in connector:

Create User:
Adds a new Slack user to the environment.
Input: primary email address of the user.

Get User ID:
Returns the user ID of an active user based on primary email address.
Input: primary email address of the user.

Update Slack User Info:
Add or update information on the user. Use this task along with Create user to create a full profile of the user in your Slack environment.

This task may be used to enable/disable a slack account by passing in the slackID and setting the User State field.

Remove Slack User:
Deletes a user from the Slack environment.
Input:Slack Name (Slack ID of user)
